Joy Spark Meditation

This is a guided meditation to access the portal to your subconscious mind by walking on a beach at sunset where you will sit down in my mind's eye and close your eyes again, almost a dream within a dream, to then access your strongest memory of joy and relive that memory as if it's happening now. Go deep into the portal and relive that joyful moment in this meditation so you can access it at anytime in the future as you work to reprogram your subconscious mind for more joy. This is a 40 minute meditation with music and an additional 20 minutes of music for you to go deeper or use the music to stay in state with your List of Joy exercise from the Alchemy of Joy curriculum by Brent J. Freeman.

List of Joy Standing Meditation

This is the standing meditation / visualization that accompanies the List of Joy exercise from the Alchemy of Joy Workshop with Brent J. Freeman. In this meditation, you are to be standing up with your eyes closed and will be instructed to move your body with the music so you can somatically integrate the joy you just reconnected with into your body and subconscious, permanently. This is a powerful experience to let your body move and feel the music and just follow along to the guided instructions throughout to have maximum effect.
